1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the online shop of Pickleball Collective on the website www.pickleballcollective.de.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation sent by email.

3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate cancellation policy, which is part of these GTC.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs are incurred, which are to be borne by the customer and are clearly indicated during the order process.

5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made using one of the following methods:

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Instant Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
  • Klarna (Purchase on Account)

6. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and the EU. The delivery time is 5–8 business days within Germany and 8–12 for the rest of the EU, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty (Liability for Defects)

9. Liability
We are fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:

  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Intent or gross negligence
  • Breach of essential contractual obligations

10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
